The buidling where currently is located Citi Laiki pub has more than one hundred years history.
At the end of 19th century the house was owned by Louise Agneta Allenstein. In year 1875 Louise Agneta Allenstein have ordered the reconstruction project for one-level house. In those days home address was Alexander street 17.
In year 1909 on the second floor was photographer's Janis Rieksts studio. There also was exhibition hall with sales.
At the 90-s of 20th century in the first floor of house on Brivibas street 41 was the bar and also the bistro popular among Rigans, which was transformed into Citi Laiki pub at 16th December 2006.
Nowadays Citi Laiki pub offers traditional Latvian food and beer brewed in Latvia.
