Tandem Skydiving

Tandem Skydiving is a mix of modern technology and high performance equipment which allows the' first-time' skydiver to leave the aircraft harnessed to an instructor and freefall for approximately 30-60 seconds. Just when you think the fun is over and the parachute is open you then have an exiting 5 minute parachute ride before landing safely back at the drop zone.
Your instructor will give you a thorough briefing on all aspects of your skydive including how to leave the aircraft how to position yourself in freefall and how to steer the parachute to your landing point. Then its the real thing! The aircraft will normally take around 15 minutes to climb to an altitude between 3000 and 4000 meters. Your instructor will then guide you towards the door for the experience of a lifetime. The sensation of freefalling is absolutely unbelievable before your instructor opens the parachute and you land safely back at the drop zone.
Comfortable clothing is recommended such as a tracksuit and a pair of training shoes and warm clothes in the winter. All other equipment will be supplied.
As with most air sports the weather does play a part. Should you not be able to jump on your allotted day because of weather conditions your jump will be rescheduled for another time.
Minimum age 18 years. No alcohol is to be consumed on the day of your Tandem Skydiving. Maximum weight limit: 100 kg.
