Many thanks for your bookings - everything was perfect and we had a great time!
Old Riga is a beautiful city - the architecture and parks are lovely - and the city has a nice feel to it.
Our evening out at the Lido was wonderful, the staff really looked after us, great spread of food and the dancing and music was excellent - all transfers on time - really friendly driver.
The guide to the walking tour was really nice, very friendly, interesting and amusing - lots of local knowledge - got us into the organ performance in the Cathedral, Bach's Choral music – fantastic!
We visited the market, did some shopping and I toured the Museum of Occupation - very moving ....
Hotel was comfy, convenient to old city centre and staff very helpful.
All transfers and arrangements were excellent and everyone we met was friendly.
But most of all - I don't know how you arranged it but the snow really made the trip! - we get so little nowadays in England and we loved it - put the icing on the cake!
Once again many thanks for everything.
P.S. I will definitely recommmend you to any friends who plan to visit Latvia.

Hello Julia,
Our Baltic tour was a great success. The guides (Ludmila and Tuuli) and drivers were all very good-knowledgeable, good English, and flexible when we wanted to see more or something different. The drivers knew their way around and were also polite and helpful. Our last driver during the day trip in Estonia gets an extra compliment. It was raining and he was always there to open/close doors and would move the car as we walked to make it most convenient for us. He also had very good English.
The hotels were charming, with helpful staff and in excellent locations. We particularly loved the Shakespeare Hotel in Vilnius.

Hi Julia!
How are you? Latvia is a very beautiful country. Riga has everywhere nice buildings from the Art Noveau, etc. I also like the interesting churches of different confessions, you have a great history. We really like Latvian food and the way you care of hostelry. And, of course, the Palace of Rundale is wonderful, not so much to envy to Versailles... The hotel (Hanza Hotel – our note) was very good, we had a good bathroom, and the restaurant was nice, above all, at night, where it was an opera singer.
Guide Lena (Spanish speaking guide – our note) was very sympathetic and attentive, she took us good pictures, she gave us good recomendations, she cared about me one day I was a little sick, she gave us good explanations, in reality, she did so much more that she was obliged to do, because she has very nice details with us. For example, we have the nicest souvenirs thanks to her, she bring us to the best places to eat, to buy... and she even wrote a postcard to my mother saying her I'm the best son of the world, and a treasure and so on, he,he. My mother is very happy about it. So, we was very happy with her.
Driver Yuris, was very polite and kind, and he cared about us, too. So everything was very good, the only thing is that the first two days were very cold and it was raining all the time, we catched a cold, he,he... but the last two days the weather improved a little, so that was good. What we really liked is that we saw an Orthodox ceremony at 23.30h, thanks to a recommendation of Lena and it was very emotive. Also we're very happy of have seen the Organ Concert in the Dome that was great, with an Opera Choir and it was about an hour of concert.
We also saw where your office is, he,he... but it was on Sunday, so it was closed :-) Paldies for everything, he,he... We've learnt Paldies, labrit, labdien, labvakar, sveiki, ko tevi sauc?, atta, cau, visu labi, labi apetiti, uden and Es tevi nesaprotu. Ludzu, runa lenak. Ha,ha,ha,ha :-) Please, send a warm greeting to Lena and Yuris from us.

Your guide Anita (French speaking guide – our note) was great, very professional, helpful, very nice and very good in French. Absolutely perfect. As she may have told you, my friend had some hip problem and at the end of the tour could hardly walk so maybe we could not follow Anita very well at the end but she was extremely understanding and cooperative.
I intend to visit Riga again (at another season when it is less cold!) with my husband and I will surely contact your agency again.

Hello Julia,
Our experience with the jetflight (L39C reactive jet flight in Riga – our note) was beyond great! It was just perfect Thank You!
Alar, who is kind a robot :-) and is very hard to get exited (drives a Lamborghingi and has been looking for adrenaline and thrills all over the world) was just stunned and we managed to keep the secret until the last moment as well. We kept him without alcohol before the flight and he was just speechless and asked only still water almoust an hour after the event. They reached nearly 7G and did over 20 deathrolls with this jet :-) the pilot was also a perfect nutcake! Boys are looking defenately to go back next year.
We reached our main goal and the flight was just that we needed once again! It was perfect setup for everything that followed on that unforgottable Friday night in Riga..... :-)

The bungee jumping in Latvia was amazing!  I like fear feeling :) Firstly, of course I was afraid.. But when I jumped it was wonderful :) I expected different feeling, but I am happy. When I reached the ground I fell and just lying about 5 minutes :))
