Parnu is fourth largest city in Estonia and is located 128 km from the capital of Estonia - Tallinn and 180 km from the capital of Latvia – Riga. Since 1996, Parnu holds the title of Estonia's Summer Capital and in 2006 the new beach promenade was opened to grandly celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Summer Capital.
